Services
Four disciplines. One accountable practice.
Every engagement starts with a consult and a written scope. Below is what we actually do, in the detail you need to decide whether to call.
Systems & Integration
Your tools were bought one at a time, by different people, for different reasons. Integration is the work of making them behave like one system — so a change in one place shows up everywhere it should, without anyone retyping it.
- API integrationConnecting platforms that ship with an API and the ones that don’t, with proper error handling and retry logic.
- Data flow & syncOne source of truth across CRM, accounting, inventory, and operations. Mapped, scheduled, monitored.
- Supplier & partner linksOrder, catalogue, and status feeds wired directly to the people you buy from and sell through.
- Migration & cleanupMoving off a system you’ve outgrown without losing history or breaking what depends on it.
AI & Automation
AI is worth implementing where it removes real hours from a real week. We scope it against that measure and nothing else. If it won’t help you, we’ll tell you — that answer is free and it’s more common than the market admits.
- Workflow automationRemoving the repeated manual steps between systems, approvals, and notifications.
- AI implementationDocument handling, drafting, summarisation, classification, and support triage — deployed against a defined task.
- Internal toolingAssistants and interfaces built on your own data, with access controls that match your org.
- Oversight & managementUsage policy, cost monitoring, quality checks, and a human review point where the stakes require one.
Digital Presence
A website is infrastructure, not decoration. It should load fast, say the right thing, and be editable by someone on your team. We build to that standard and hand it over — no retainer required to keep it running.
- Website design & buildStructure, copy, and front-end build on a platform you can maintain without us.
- Content & scriptingService pages, long-form copy, and video or voiceover scripts written in your register, not a generic one.
- Conversion & measurementForms, funnels, and analytics that report the numbers a business owner actually acts on.
- Technical hygienePerformance, accessibility, metadata, and search fundamentals handled at build time rather than bolted on.
Advisory
Sometimes the right deliverable is a decision, not a build. Advisory is for teams working out what to build, what to buy, and what to stop doing — before committing budget to any of it.
- Process designMapping how work moves today, finding where it stalls, and redesigning the path.
- Technology selectionVendor and platform evaluation against your requirements. We take no referral fees.
- RoadmappingSequencing initiatives so the highest-impact change lands first and funds the rest.
- Team enablementDocumentation and training so the people who stay can run what we leave behind.
Process
How an engagement runs.
The same four stages every time, whichever discipline the work sits in. The order matters — it’s what keeps you from paying for something you haven’t seen.
Stage 01
Consult
A conversation about the problem, at no cost and with no obligation. It ends with a straight answer on whether and how we can help.
Stage 02
Scope
Deliverables, milestones, timelines, and fees agreed in writing before any work starts. Nothing begins on a handshake.
Stage 03
Build
Work is delivered milestone by milestone for your review. You flag what’s wrong, we revise as reasonably needed, you approve.
Stage 04
Hand over
Credentials, documentation, and a walkthrough for your team. Continued support is optional, never a dependency.
Billing
Approve first. Pay after.
Every project starts with a consult
Scope and milestones are agreed in writing before work begins. The consult itself carries no fee and no obligation.
Invoices follow approval, never precede it
Work runs in defined milestones. An invoice is issued only after a milestone is completed, revised as reasonably needed, and approved by you. There is no upfront payment for undelivered work.
Revisions are included
Reasonable revisions to reach the agreed outcome are part of the milestone, not a change order.
Pro rata refunds
If a project cannot be completed, you receive a pro rata refund for any paid-but-undelivered milestone. Where work was carried out but a milestone wasn’t reached, it is not charged.
Payment methods
Payments are made via Stripe and PayPal. Full scope, fees, currency (quoted in XXX), timelines, and refund terms are set out in a written agreement and on our Terms & Conditions page.
Next step
Scope it before you commit to it.
Tell us what’s slowing the business down. The consult costs nothing and ends with a real answer — including “this isn’t worth doing” if that’s the truth.
