Raza Foundry is a marketing and brand consultancy in Ontario. We take a handful of clients a year and we finish what we start.
The industry sells motion. We sell direction.
Marketing has a volume problem. More posts, more channels, more dashboards, more meetings about the dashboards. Somewhere in there the actual question — why would anyone choose this company over the one next to it — stops getting asked because nobody has time and nobody wants to be the one who admits there isn't a good answer yet.
Raza Foundry was built to ask that question first and refuse to move until it's answered. It makes for slower kickoffs and shorter projects. It also means the work we hand over survives contact with the market, because it was designed against a real position instead of decorated on top of a vague one.
We take a small number of clients each year. One strategist owns your account from the first conversation to the handoff, and nothing gets passed down a chain until the thinking has been diluted out of it. If that sounds inefficient, it is. It's also the only way we've found to do this properly.
Attention can be rented. Position has to be built.

Every recommendation arrives as a document you own. No strategy that lives only in a deck someone presented once and nobody can find eleven months later.

Files, accounts, logins, playbooks — all of it transfers to you at the end. We'd rather earn the next project than hold your assets hostage for it.

You will always know what we're doing, why, and what it costs — before we start doing it.
If the research says your idea is wrong, we will tell you plainly rather than build you something expensive and doomed.
We do not take on work we aren't equipped to do well. We'll refer you out before we learn on your budget.
Every deliverable is written to be used by someone who wasn't in the room when we made it.
